A New Job Opportunity Available at our Holmfirth Branch - Saturday Receptionist Position

Job title: Saturday receptionist position

Busy Holmfirth Estate Agent seeks organised and customer focused individual to work Saturdays and possible holiday cover.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and handling general enquiries both face to face and on the telephone
  • Organising daily diary including confirming accompanied viewings
  • Liaising with team members and clients to organise property viewings
  • Undertaking email correspondence
  • Carrying out basic data entry and record in appropriate IT systems
  • General administration

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Confidence and clarity when dealing with customers face to face
  • Ability to self-organise and multi-task
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Smart appearance
  • Ability to use computer systems
  • Excellent time keeping and punctuality
  • Friendly and professional manner

Previous work experience or customer service skills may be advantageous but not essential. Industry training will be provided.

Hours of work – Every Saturday 9am – 4pm

Rate of pay – Negotiable dependent upon applicant
