General responsibilities will be greeting customers and organising viewings, as well as updating our software and systems. The candidate will also review incoming emails, and do office administration, such as answering the telephone and handling customer enquiries.
The successful applicant should have a good and clear telephone manner and have confidence when dealing with people face-to-face. The role will also require self-organisation and the ability to work in a busy office environment.
We also value a smart appearance and excellent timekeeping.
