Since May 2016 – so for a whole year now!
What does your role involve?
I work with our vendors, by helping them to sell their properties. I also deal with buyers on a daily basis, assisting them in their search for a dream home!
What’s the best part about your job?
That’s without a doubt working with a great, proactive team!
What’s your favourite property that Applegate has sold within the past 12 months?
I’ve loved all of them – it’s too hard for me to choose just one!
Tell us your biggest work achievement since starting with Applegate
Conquering the fear of drawing floor plans has to be my biggest achievement! When I first started at Applegate they terrified me, but I finally feel like I have mastered them.

What makes Applegate different to other estate agencies?
Unlike some agencies, our main focus is communication and customer service. This means that all our team members care about every single transaction, but we also strive to create positive relationships with anyone that comes through our door. I feel that this is something that makes us stand out from the crowd!
What’s your top tip for selling/letting a home?
Viewers don’t expect your house to be a show home. Having the odd personal item here and there makes the property feel more homely, which helps them imagine themselves living there.

You’ll often find me in Oscars having a G&T! Although, I am also partial to a Soul Kitchen burger!
