Happy client = happy Applegate Properties!

Happy client = happy Applegate Properties!

It is fair to say, when our clients are happy, we are happy!

We pride ourselves in our friendly team of experts that make up Applegate Properties. We all equally believe in going the extra mile and genuinely care about every individual that we deal with. This is why it is so great when we receive positive feedback from our clients!

Kate Swinscoe recently headed over to our Facebook page and left us a glowing five-star review:

“We have just bought our house through Applegate and I would thoroughly recommend them. They

have been incredibly professional from start to finish and have kept me updated at all times. I was really impressed. Absolutely lovely staff too!”

We decided to quiz Kate a little more, to provide us with extra detail on her experience with us…

Describe the home you have just purchased:

We have just bought a 1920s detached house on a 0.6 acre plot in Crigglestone, Wakefield. It needs a lot of work as it’s been empty for a while – it will be a major renovation project. The house has been in the same family since it was built, so we’re excited to be the next people to own it and breathe new life into it.

How did you find out about us?

Applegate Properties were the estate agent for the house we were purchasing.

Do you think they compare to other estate agents, or do they stand out? If so, why?

Applegate Properties were a pleasure to deal with when purchasing our home. When the house came back on the market a few months after we missed out on it, they were straight on the phone letting us know of the situation. They kept me updated throughout and were a lovely team. We even received a box of lovely candles as a little gift when we got the keys, which was a thoughtful touch – I’d definitely recommend them to anyone selling their home!

If you’ve recently purchased or sold a property through us we’d love to hear from you! If you’d like to share your experience feel free to drop us an email.
