Laura Joy Everitt is shortlisted for national award

Earlier this week we received news that Laura has been shortlisted in the Lettings Negotiator category of the 2016 Lettings Agency of the Year Awards.

The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times & The Times sponsored by Zoopla is held in June and is the only awards event solely focussed on lettings. The awards culminate in a glittering awards ceremony to be held in the opulent Nine Kings Suite at The Lancaster London Hotel on 10th June 2016. The very best lettings agents from throughout the UK gather to find out who has been judged to be the best of the best.

The judging of the awards is chaired by The Property Ombudsman and has the backing of the ARLA and NFOPP. The judging panel comprises highly experienced property professionals including industry experts, specialists, suppliers and leading agents, all of whom have the experience of seeing many different agencies over many years and hence have the ability to contrast and compare one agency with another. 

Laura, who has now been with the Applegate team for over 4 years has been intrumental in the succcess of Applegate. From our early beginnings, Laura has been the driving force behind our proactive customer service ethos. She has developed long standing relationships with landlords and tenants alike. Most importantly Laura has devloped her skills by taking on additional training, undergoing exams and achieving qualifications to ensure that her knowledge and understanding of this industry is second to none.

Laura eagerly awaits the next stage of the process which is a telephone interview from the judges. From there the judges will deliberate a winner who will be announced at the awards ceremony on the 10th June.
