Describe your role in less than 100 words:
I deal with many telephone and website enquiries, mostly from clients on the hunt for their ideal property. I also help our vendors sell their homes by building strong relationships and finding them the most suitable purchaser.
How long have you worked at Applegate Properties?
I joined Applegate in May 2019.
What’s your favourite part of your role?
The happiness that we bring to buyers, sellers and renters when they find their perfect home! Not forgetting handing over the keys on completion day!
What one word would your colleagues use to describe you?
Which three words would you use to describe Applegate?
Genuine, professional and considerate.
Why does Applegate stand out from its competitors?
We are extremely professional whilst remaining approachable, friendly and helpful – pop in and see for yourself!
If you could sell one celebrity home, whose would it be and why?
Sarah Beeney’s – just because she knows her stuff and I’d enjoy the challenge!
Do you have a favourite property which has been sold, since working at Applegate?
I won’t say which as it’s being sold right now! Let’s just say the buyers are probably the most excited I’ve ever dealt with – their enthusiasm is infectious!
What’s your top tip for letting a home?
Although most buyers don’t expect a show home, try and keep your house tidy and neutral to help people visualise the space.
