Job title: Business Support Administrator
What does your new role involve?
I support both the sales and lettings departments. My tasks include creating property brochures, wall displays, assisting with drawing up terms of business, and sending relevant documents to valuers, buyers and vendors. I am also responsible for checking and distributing the company emails, post and voicemails, along with stock control in the office, and other general admin.
What did you do before you came to Applegate Properties?
I have spent the last nine years working as an Administrator for the Sexual Health Department in Huddersfield. So, this is a completely new and exciting environment for me!
What is your favourite bit about your job so far?
The team – they’ve been so supportive and patient whilst I’m learning.
What are you most looking forward to doing?
Producing the brochures and wall displays is something I am really looking forward to. I am a very creative person, so this is a chance for me to put my skills to good use!
What are your own personal interests outside of work?
I love anything to do with food! Me and my husband love eating out, cooking and trying new cuisines. We also enjoy walking our dog, Boris. The perfect day for me would be a long dog walk, finishing up with a nice meal in a good pub.
