Rising star, Laura nominated for Kirklees Apprenticeship Award

16th Feb, 2016

We are really proud of our apprentice, Laura Simpson who has been nominated, by our team for the Kirklees Apprenticeship Hub Awards 2016.

Laura joined the Applegate Properties team in 2014 to complete her apprenticeship and achieve a specialist Level 3 Diploma in Property. Since starting, Laura has stepped out of her comfort zone and taken on every challenge she has been presented with, in order to learn and succeed. Laura joined Applegate Properties with little knowledge of the property industry and due to her hard work and dedication she has quickly become a valued member of the team.

Laura’s positivity is a great boost to the atmosphere in the office and brings a welcome addition to the team dynamic. Whilst this can be said for all members of the Applegate Properties team, Laura is hugely appreciated. Positive feedback regarding Laura is always noted, by both staff and clients alike.

Her excellent service, along with the rest of the team, has contributed towards Applegate Properties becoming one of the fastest growing estate agents in HD9. Laura has quickly established herself as a major part of the team and we can always rely on Laura to do her very best.

Laura commented, “I am over the moon to be nominated for this award. It’s a great feeling to be rewarded and recognised for my hard work. The team are very supportive and I look forward to developing my career further at Applegate Properties.”

Managing Director, Amy Wray commented, “Laura is a valued member of our team and deserves the recognition. She is hardworking and is always keen to learn which is why we felt it was appropriate to nominate her for this award.”
