Applegate Properties is going from strength to strength, so we’re on the lookout for more talent to join our growing team!
We want to ensure that we deliver the same service that we’re renowned for, as more clients come on board, so we need your help!
We currently have two full time positions available:
Property Sales Advisor
This role entails management of properties for sale, conducting vendor home visits, and creating brochures from time to time. Some of the specific tasks you would be required to undertake are managing your own time and workload (including monitoring your own email account), taking photographs of houses, and writing property descriptions. Above all, we are looking for someone to be courteous and polite when interacting with clients and colleagues. As you can see this is a very varied role, meaning you’ll have lots of different tasks to get stuck into!
The Property Valuer will be expected to visit properties and accurately value the home and land, with the aim of obtaining optimum returns for the owner of the house. One of the tasks you may also have to undertake is to capture images of the property to be used online and in our brochure. You will also be required to work alongside the Sales Advisor, where appropriate. It is key that you are friendly and approachable at all times, when both in the office and off-site, whilst dealing with any of our existing or potential clients.
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual, with exceptional customer service skills. Even being a little bonkers is ok, as you’ll definitely fit in with everyone here at Applegate Properties!
