With a wealth of industry experience, Paul is responsible for visiting our clients homes and property portfolios to offer specialist valuation and marketing advice.

Specialising in the sale and letting of residential property Paul also has a background in agricultural land and estates and has a wealth of distinguished experience.

Paul has a Degree in Bachelor of Law and supports our contracts team and clients with specialist areas.

Lettings Manager

Grace joins us after completing her business degree, receiving acknowledgement for the highest result in the University

Finally fulfilling her lifelong ambition to work in the property sector, Grace heads up the Lettings Team and enables the move in of all tenants whilst liaising with landlords and contractors

With vast experience in both the sales and lettings industry Tayla brings a wealth of expertise to the Applegate Properties team.

Managing her own client portfolio Tayla advises and supports those clients selling their homes, guiding them through every step of the process as well as ensuring the highest values are realised.

Rebecca Stead

Business Support Administrator & Assistant to M.D.

Rebecca has developed her role to now support all areas of the organisation particularly in the complex administration now required to meet legislation.

Rebecca also provides direct support to the company's Managing Director at an Assistant level

Emma joins our organisation with a great deal of property management expertise. Initially providing us with her consultancy expertise to assist tenancy move in’s, she now manages the management of all rental property maintenance works.

Emma works tirelessly to keep tenants and landlords up to date with essential works and collaborates with our in house team and contractors, ensuring even the toughest of jobs are completed seamlessly and within budget.

Gwen has an impeccable reputation within her many years of experience specifically around agency client money. Gwen manages daily rental transactions, bond accounts and all client money and much more.

Being one of the few licensed agencies, Gwen's policy reviews and safeguarding measures ensure funds are logged, insured and safeguarded for any landlord or tenant dealing with us.

With a managerial background in the banking sector Lynn is responsible for in-house company finance. Utilising ever changing technology to assist company development and process at every opportunity Lynn has shared great project success over the many years she has worked within the team.

As head 'nanny' to Founder, Amy's little girl, Lynn now alternates between finance management and tower building during her usual working week.

Joining as a weekend receptionist Kayla has quickly taken on extra responsibilities and enjoys working with the team during the week when possible. Updating our valued clients, booking viewings and guiding customers through various processes are just some of the tasks Kayla supports.
