Applegate Properties is a traditional estate agent with a modern approach. We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated Sales Professional to join our award-winning team.

How we work

We genuinely care about the people we work with. Whether you’re a client, a supplier, a contractor or one of the team, we enjoy making positive relationships with everyone who comes through our door.

At Applegate, we believe that selling your house should be a great experience. That’s why we put so much emphasis on the customer experience and rely on our reputation to generate new business.

We hold an NAEA license and strive for excellence in everything we do. We combine a warm approach with proactive methods and constant innovation to create a fantastic place to work that achieves excellent outcomes.

What you’ll do

As Sales Advisor, you’ll own the management of properties for sale and those sold subject to contract.

You’ll own the relationship with our vendors

You’ll hand-hold our vendors throughout the sales process, building trust and offering advice and recommendations. You’ll ensure that vendors are regularly updated on progress and provide constructive viewing feedback.

You’ll manage our sales

From beginning to end, you’ll be responsible for our sales process. You’ll arrange viewings, deal with internet enquiries, conduct vendor home visits and support to the Valuers.

You’ll handle offers, follow up sales, and keep both vendors and applicants updated throughout the sales process. You’ll also build relationships with solicitors to ensure that the sales process is handled in a timely manner.

You will follow up new business leads and have a proven track record in overcoming objections in a competitive and fast paced market.

You’ll work with potential applicants

You’ll provide a professional service to everyone we work with and ensure that all viewing applicants are updated regularly as well as seeking new business opportunities from all applicants to support meeting individual ad company targets.

You’ll negotiate

You’ll negotiate offers made on properties, ensuring the best price and purchaser is always obtained for the vendor. You’ll also qualify purchasers and check full chain details before instructing any sale, guiding all parties through the sale process.

You’ll love our processes

You’ll follow our tried and tested but unique in- house policies and procedures with attention to detail and consistency, to make sure we uphold our high levels of service. You will seek to improve process and wasted resources where possible.

You’ll help grow our business

We work as one team, growing our business together whilst meeting personal and team sales targets weekly and monthly. You’ll help to upsell our services where possible, including obtaining solicitor quotes, removals quotes and financial services. You will overcome new business objections and relay the benefits of our services to new client.

You’ll uphold our reputation

All our team members are responsible for ensuring that high levels of customer service are met when dealing with any persons in contact with Applegate Properties and that we continue to build our excellent reputation.

What you’ll get
