Introducing our new lettings manager, Grace Noke…

Posted on Wednesday, October 28, 2020

Here at Applegate Properties, we’re incredibly proud of our small, yet perfectly formed team of 12.

Each new recruit is carefully selected, based on their drive, passion, caring attitude, and of course their ability to make a good brew! That’s why we’re delighted to introduce you to our newest team member — lettings manager, Grace Noke!

Now, it’s over to Grace to tell you a little bit more about herself and why she chose Applegate Properties

1.      What’s your role at Applegate Properties?

Lettings manager.

2.      What does your role involve?

My role involves managing the daily operations and ongoing development of the lettings department. A key responsibility is to act in the best interests of our clients while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication to all parties.

The lettings manager is required to be clued up on any legislative changes within the industry and to efficiently adapt Applegate’s processes and procedures accordingly.

3.      What did you do before you came to Applegate Properties?

Before joining the Applegate Properties team, I worked as a store manager as part of the Graduate Retail Management Programme at Lidl UK.

4.      What is your favourite bit about your job so far?

Everything! I love working with clients, meeting landlords and tenants, visiting properties, and being a part of such a supportive and friendly team!

5.      What are you most looking forward to doing?

Working in the property industry is something I am passionate about and have always wanted to do. I’m looking forward to working with our clients to achieve the best outcome, helping to grow Applegate’s lettings portfolio, and contribute to the company’s continued success.

6.      What are your own personal likes/interests outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy playing netball and have recently taken up umpiring as well, with a goal to become qualified very soon. Unfortunately, due to current circumstances this year, netball practice has been postponed, but I am looking forward to returning to the court —hopefully in the not too distant future!

I enjoy going for walks to take in the stunning countryside here in Yorkshire, and I also enjoy interior design — I’m currently in the process of renovating my house, which is certainly keeping me busy!

Sound like your kind of people?
Then we would love to hear from you.
