As we mark our 13th birthday, a number that’s renowned for being ‘unlucky for some’, we’re reminded of the monumental successes our thriving organisation has achieved in the last 12 months alone. From cultivating a sense of community and garnering prestigious industry awards, to expanding our team and continuing to provide exceptional customer service, we have achieved some truly remarkable milestones.

Strengthening the team
In the past year, we have welcomed four outstanding individuals to the fold, increasing our headcount by 43% to 10. Their contributions have been instrumental in our success, and we’re privileged to have them on board.
Alison Balmforth, our business support advisor, and assistant to the senior management team, brings invaluable expertise. Sales advisors Hannah Mannering and Claire Hepenstall have enhanced our customer-centric approach. Seren Kelly, our weekend receptionist, ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all that step foot in our quaint HQ in the centre of Holmfirth — and she’ll be joining us full time from 1st July as an apprentice too.

We received four out of five nominations at The Negotiator Awards, highlighting our commitment to excellence and commending our expertise. Moreover, we were honoured with the gold award for the best estate agent in Holmfirth by the British Property Awards — with a ‘secret shopper’ style judging process representing the true authenticity of this result.
